ZOMBIE KISS (1990) COLLECTOR'S
CORNER: I mention this bootleg only because it is often confused with the God Of Thunder EP due to the track listing. This 7" vinyl is the only *vinyl* bootleg of White Zombie that I know of (correct me if I'm mistaken-- I realize there are many *CD* bootlegs out there). It was recorded at CBGB's in NYC and includes God Of Thunder and Thrust! .
The artwork was ripped from gig flyers and previous album art. The vinyl
itself has a plain white label: no art, no words, just white. However,
for collectors, there are 2 versions of this vinyl: a black one and a
blue one (see pic below)!

Here's some ultra-rare live White Zombie for ya, folks. October 31, 1989. They play God of Thunder, and Rob's intro is just wicked! [Listen to it] in RealAudio format (if you don't have the player, get it [here]...it's free.) Also, this is NOT the live version of God Of Thunder that appears on the Zombie Kiss bootleg.
Listen to DISASTER BLASTER 2 and you'll see why I use the song title as my screen name! Now HERE's a cheezy piece of promotion for ya! In 1992 Geffen records put together a 52 minute, one track promotional CD called KGEF. There's a fake DJ and fake commercials in between real gems of music like White Zombie's Black Sunshine. WHITE ZOMBIE make an appearance on this promo by introducing the song!! There's a fade-out ending to the song which allows the DJ to add some comments about the band's name. Cheeze-o-RAMA! Download it here.
